This agreement is between Andrew Middleton (aka HiFi Photography) and Client. Session includes 30-35 min for the first 5 subjects and $25 each additional subject. Session will include 20+ edited high resolution images to download.
By placing your payment you are agreeing that your photo session is non refundable, however it can be used towards a future session. In the event of extreme weather conditions or illness, rescheduling dates may be available at the discretion of the photographer. The session is not confirmed until the invoice is paid in full. Invoices are due within 24 hours in order to secure your session date.
Due to COVID-19, should anyone in your party display symptoms of illness, you may cancel your session with as little as two hours notice. Your payment will be kept on file and may be applied to another session within one year of your original purchase date.
Mini sessions are booked consecutively and you are purchasing a specific allotment of 30-35 minutes for your session. Please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow enough time to make final adjustments and walk to the session starting point. Late arrival may result in the forfeiture of your session.
Client acknowledges that the photographer is using their artistic discretion to create photographs as the photographer sees fit.
**By purchasing the services of HiFi Photography via electronic payment, cash, or check, the client fully agrees and understands all of the terms above and further understands that no other services are promised whether inferred or spoken.**
NOTE: Any entrance fees or client parking are sole responsibility of client
- $300 Mini Session for San Diego Locations, unless otherwise noted
- $350 Mini Session for Temecula Locations
- $450 Mini Session for Mission San Juan Capistrano (entrance fee covered by client)
